Eating clean can be a challenge when you’re on the road. Time zone changes can mess up your rhythm and make you hungry, eating at restaurants can tempt you to go overboard and sticking to your plan when you’re with family can be difficult. Going on vacation doesn’t have to mean throwing clean eating out the window, so in this episode I share my favorite tips for staying on track, no matter where or when I travel.
