If you have a tendency to get depressed, you may also find yourself burying your feelings, perhaps stuffing them with food, alcohol or T.V. Then you might isolate even more, feeling bad about your choices and shutting others off. But medication won’t solve the problem. A recent heavy load of negative emotions reinforced the importance of expression, and in this episode, I lay out how I got through those feelings so they didn’t turn into depression.
