So often, as emotional eaters, we take on the burden of other people’s stuff. Anger, blame, manipulation, you name it, it’s sticking to us like glue. Because, after all, surely we’re at fault, right? Wrong. On our healing journey, we must learn to let others have their emotions without taking them on. And, just as scary, we must put ourselves first, instead of last. When we signal the universe that we are worthy, we can stop hiding our light and hold our heads high.
