Does freedom mean eating any foods you want, or no longer wanting foods that make you feel addicted? In this episode, I talk about the tightrope emotional eaters walk when learning how to live in freedom from the bondage to food. We have to eat, after all, so it’s a process of knowing ourselves, and healing what drives our compulsion to eat.
