Ok, so it’s no secret that meditation and prayer help decrease stress and increase a sense of oneness with God and our fellow travelers on this planet. But as emotional eaters, we easily forget to take time for ourselves, and spend time implementing stress-busting practices that can help us stay sane and eliminate food cravings.
