Do you ever get in a jag where all you feel is shame: ”I can’t do anything right, I’ll never find success, I’m a poor excuse for a human being.” Well, I do. These negative, self-critical rants are fewer and farther between over my years of healing, for sure, but they still do come. In this episode, I talk about my best tips for pulling out of these dark places and taking control of our thoughts. After all, none of us deserves that kind of treatment!
