I loved sugar. I loved sweet foods. I loved anything ooey, gooey and chewy. But they didn’t love me back. I was a sugar addict, and once I started eating the stuff, I wanted more, and I had a really hard time saying no. I didn’t have an “off” switch, so I would end up binging on high calorie sweet foods.
