Ep489: How to Heal Through Dance

As emotional eaters, we are typically stuck in our bodies. We are hurting ourselves with food, and we don’t want to face it, so we live from the neck up, neglecting our bodies in numerous ways. One important thing we can do to begin healing our relationship with our bodies is to move freely through dance. In this episode, I interview one of my Heal Your Hunger Coaches, Tsilah Burman, who talks about her own healing journey of losing 100 pounds, and the role dane has played in her recovery.
